The adults class in Rhee Taekwondo is more heavily focused on technique rather then high energy games. Adults are expected to train twice a week to maintain technique. Rhee Taekwondo adults classes are a good way to learn good co-ordination, people of all ages and sizes are welcome to train with us. We help you train to the maximum of your abilities not anyone elses, we understand not everyone can kick head height or do the splits or run very far or fast, we can help you improve you flexibility, strength, co-ordination, fitness and patience. We take into consideration methods of attacks which appear commonly in the news. We help you prepare for as many situations as possible. Each person will grade in their own time. Special trainings are often held for all belt levels. Instructors are ready to answer your questions.
